Are the cleaning services included in the price ?

The price offered on the website of all accommodation includes the price of the final cleaning, and in the case of stays of more than one week, the change of linen (sheets and towels). You can request more cleaning or a more frequent change of linen if you wish. These will be paid separately from the reservation.

 

Are there optional services ?

The booking form includes the possibility of requesting specific services such as a cot, highchair, extra bed, etc. The prices are not included in the search results and are recalculated online when requested on the booking form. If not requested in advance, availability on the day of arrival is not guaranteed.

 

Are pets allowed ?

What is the cost of admitting pets ?

It is a fixed cost per stay (NOT per day) of 30 € and only in the houses that have confirmed their acceptance.

 

Is there any discount for children?

Since the price provided is per stay, whether for days, weeks, fortnights, or for a specific period, there is no difference according to the number of occupants, whether children or adults, always without exceeding the maximum capacity of the property.

 

Where do I collect the keys?

Information regarding access to the accommodation and key collection will be sent to you before the day of arrival, either by email and/or Whatsapp.

 

What is the method of payment and when do I have to pay?

The form of payment is as follows:

1st payment: 30% of the total amount to confirm the booking by bank transfer or credit card via ON-LINE payment gateway.
2nd payment: 70% on signing the contract and handing over the keys on arrival.


Do the prices shown on the website include VAT?

Yes, the prices shown on the website include 10% VAT.

 

How do I make a reservation?

If I cancel my booking, do I lose my reservation?

After receiving 30% of your reservation, if you decide to cancel your reservation, the amount paid will NOT be refunded except under the conditions contracted with the cancellation insurance.

In order to recover the amount paid as a Confirmation, you must have previously taken out the Cancellation Insurance, and provided that the cause of cancellation is one of the probable causes in the General Conditions of the Insurance taken out or COVID-19 option and which are listed below.

 

Do the prices include the cost of water, electricity and gas consumption?

Yes, the consumption of electricity, water and gas is included (either by butane bottles or by piped gas).

 

If there is a breakdown during the stay, will there be any repair costs?

In the event of a breakdown, if it is due to a misuse of the element in question, there will be a cost.
